I want to receive messages on my Mobile device, how do I make it accessible?
To start receiving messages on your mobile device, you will need to turn on your Bluetooth and ensure that it is on discoverable mode. If you have an iPhone, unfortunately we are currently unable to send messages to you.
Does it cost me anything?
No, it is free to you. In fact, we are sending value to you in the form of special discounts and offers. The delivery of content is 100% free to the consumer. iSIGN's Bluetooth® messages bypass the cell device carrier and instead originate from a nearby Bluetooth unit, so there is no cost to receive the message.
What is the range of the device?
Up to 300 feet, depending on the location of the device, walls around it and the antenna's position.
What information do you get from me?
We only see the unique mac address of the phone. It is a 12 digit number that is unique to your phone. We do not know who you are, your phone number and we have no access to your phone's information.

We don't. The prompt you are receiving is a prompt that goes to all Bluetooth enabled phones in the vicinity of the store. If your phone is on and the Bluetooth feature is enabled, you will get a prompt from us. It was designed to be anonymous for your privacy and your convenience.
Can I say no to receiving Bluetooth enabled messages from iSIGN?
Yes. You can decline the offer and interaction with the system at anytime.
